Ekohawk's foundation is built on the well of traditional knowledge, of First Nations people, blended with science and technology. In return, we at Ekohawk are determined to develop a well of trained technicians in the field of aquaculture and or to serve as a spring board for those wishing to continue their education in other related fields of aquaculture. We want to encourage our people to adventure into new areas of employment. It is therefore our policy to maintain a ratio of 9:1 native majority staff.
